Hi everyone
i had a customer give an idea the other day about raising funds for things at the end of the season. If you only collect a gold coin from each player for each round of the season then you have a reasonable sum at the end of the season to use for; the end of season party, the thank you gifts for the coach and helpers and maybe some special trophies for some exceptional performances.
Another way would be to run a BBQ and get the local butcher to support you. With part of the proceeds going to the fundraiser, this is a great way to make some money for the group.
Another way would be to start up a newletter and get a sponsor to advertise in the newsletter. You want to make sure the advertiser has a chance of getting some support for the hard earned cash they will fork out.
